Couldn't agree more on on the comments regarding the A10 Network. Customer service is non-existent!!! Hopefully it won't give us any issues this Friday when UMass visits Richmond. This is going to be a battle. Both teams are 6-0 and seem primed up for this game.

UMass needed some tough games to prepare for the tournament, and got them this weekend. Came out sluggish
against Richmond, and rallied for the win. Same start against a pesky VCU but just couldn't shake them. Got last
second heroics to tie in regulation, then lost in OT. Last games for A10 are this Saturday. Playoffs should be fun.

VCU deserves more praise than “pesky.” Down 5 goals in the 2nd half to a team that hasn’t lost a conference game since 2010!!! And for a program in just their third year to come back and beat them is incredible. Now 5-1 in their last 6 conference games.

Agreed. A buzzing mosquito can be "pesky", a charging Ram can be downright "terrifying"!
UMass got more than just a scare, but has always known what it's like to wear a bullseye for every game.
Congrats to VCU, this has got to be the biggest victory in their brief 3 year varsity history. A great win for
Coach O' Brien and the Rams, and could make for an interesting twist in the upcoming A-10 Tournament.

The Jedi have detected a "disturbance in the Force" this past weekend.
UMass lost to VCU.
Richmond lost to UMass
Mason lost to St. Joe's.
St. Joe's barely squeaked by GW.
What's the story Obi-Wan (A10)?

Padawan Learner,
The intergalactic A10 Conference has become more than just a 2 pod race.

Hopefully this is the year for more parity in the conference.
May the Force be with the playoff teams.

With 1 game left in the regular season, here's how it looks for the A10 Tournament:
IN- Richmond, UMass St. Joe's, VCU
OUT- GW, Duquesne, St. Bonaventure
BATTLING- Mason, Davidson, LaSalle
2 of the 3 "Battling" teams will make it. Tie-breakers come into play if they all finish 4-5 in conference.
Top 6 teams go to Richmond. Seedings will be done after Saturday's games.

Richmond at St. Bonnie's: RICHMOND...Spiders bite
St. Joe's at LaSalle: ST. JOE'S...Hawks fly
Duquesne at UMass: UMASS...something to prove
Davidson at GW: DAVIDSON...makes the cut
VCU at Mason: TOSS-UP...hot team wins

I've been waiting for this all year. Shouldn't look too far ahead, but can't help but wonder what the playoff picture
will look like. I'm guessing that UMass and Richmond will end up #1 and 2, and earn first round byes. St. Joe's and
VCU are definites for the first round, and in some combination will play #5 and 6. Contending for the last 2 spots
are Mason, Davidson and LaSalle. This weekend wraps up the regular season, and first round is Thursday May 3.

I'm with you A10, and already got my Atlantic-10 Tournament bracket going.
But, to appear less obnoxiously presumptuous, I'll hold off until Sunday.
Best of luck in the regular season finale, and to all the tournament-bound teams.

Heeeeeeyyyyyyy. I should have bought a lottery ticket.

Sadly my predictions only come true for things that don't make me money.

Looking forward to a fun tourney.

Thinking that "all good things must come to an end", I'm guessing that this could be the year for a shake-up in the A10.
How about this for the conference 2018 tournament bracket:
1st round
VCU v. Davidson- DAVIDSON
St. Joe's v. Mason- ST. JOE'S
Semis
UMass v. Davidson- UMASS
Richmond v. St. Joe's- RICHMOND
Finals
UMass v. Richmond- RICHMOND
UMass has the tournament experience, but this could be the "Year of the Spider".
