Help with Desktop Access for Premium App Users

Some users who have purchased premium access on the LaxPower mobile app are having trouble accessing premium content on the desktop. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are here to help.

If you purchased premium already, first go to the “More” tab in the mobile app and tap “Settings.”

If you are already signed in, your e-mail address should be shown above the gold PREMIUM box. This will be the e-mail you use to log in to LaxPower.com to see the premium content on the desktop.

If you are not signed in on the mobile app, tap “Sign In” at the top right corner of your screen.

If you have not already created an account, click “Join” at the bottom of your screen.

You then proceed to create an account that will automatically be linked with your previously purchased premium access.

Now go to LaxPower.com and select Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen and log in with your e-mail and password. You should now have access to premium content on your desktop.

That should allow you to access the premium content on the LaxPower.com web site.
