I don't want to think past this game, but I have to believe Fields doesn't play so he's even more rested for the Denver/ND game.

I also think that Fields will held out unless the game unexpectedly becomes close in the, say, third quarter.

Will be interesting to see how UR holds up against the #2 team in the nation, but Richmond has in the past beaten Duke, and twice beaten UNC. Albany is a great team, though they did some how stumble against UMBC, which I hope the Spiders coaching staff has dissected thoroughly.

Tough climb for the Spiders, but since the Retrievers were able to take down the Danes, maybe they have a chance.

No real chance, I think. Albany has been taught that they cannot simply expect their opponents to concede. Therefore, they will hit the field with verve and run up a big quick lead.

Just my thought tonight. Frankly? I would like to see Richmond win the game.

Congrats to the Big Dogs, got the job done. Survive and advance.
Sometimes I just don't get this team though. An absolutely dominating FOGO who delivers the ball time, after time, after time, after time, after time to a potent attack as well as some pretty darn good O middies. The Canines let the Spiders hang around in this game long after they should have squashed them. Richmond beat the Big Dogs by 1 goal in quarters 2 and 3. No way that should happen and against better teams it's going to come back to get you. (Cornell game the Dogs are 26 for 26 at the face off X and down by 2 in the 4th....with that offense???????? Aint gonna get away with that in May.) Richmond came out tight as a drum, almost looked as if the day was too big for them, in over their heads, too tight to be able to take advantage of several opportunities, took 'em 3/4 of the way through quarter one to get a little flow/rhythm and then they narrowed the gap. Dogs let 'em hang around and be within striking distance....can't do that. Score of this game, as convincing a victory as it was score wise, should have been 28-9 given the weapons Albany plays with.
Have never rooted for a Tierney team but I will this time....I wanna see a Baptise v Ierlan match up!!! Just don't know how you can be as good and dominant as each of these two are.
Go Pios!!!
