Trouble registering or activating your account?

If you are having trouble registering or activating your account, please don't re-register.

Instead, we'd rather you send us an e-mail asking us to activate the account from our end. Please include your username and the e-mail address you registered with.

When you register, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the address you supplied. You must click on the link in that e-mail (or copy the entire link and paste it into the address bar of your browser) in order to activate the account and log on.

The confirmation e-mail, which is system generated, occasionally ends up in a SPAM folder, so check there if you don't receive the message in your Inbox within a few minutes after registering.

Note, if you use a service (e.g., Earthlink) that is set up to require some sort of confirmation by the sender of a message, we will not do that. You need to set your service to receive messages from the laxpower.com domain or, at the very least, admin at laxpower dot com.
